Test Process Engineer Experience
Provides technical support to Test Manufacturing Operations and guidance on process implementation - Issue SOP,
Support technician to solve issues in production
Analyze to attain optimum yield and superior product quality
NPI setup: project leading, test machine buy off, test process
Test process & system improvement: yield/quality/productivity enhancement
Automatic Optical Inspection System
Communication with other teams: Tracking of information on the SiPs, Checking test results
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics and Mechatronics Engineering
More than 3 years of experience in Electrical, Electronics and Automation Engineering
Experience in Semiconductor or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry preferred
Train and work in South Korea for about 3-6 months is mandatory
Experience in automated optical inspection system
Experience with basic programming knowledge - C#, Python, etc.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Team collaboration, effective communication and presentation skills
English communication skills (speaking, listening and writing) are mandatory, and knowledge of the Korean language is preferred
Good in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
