II. Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Testing Leader
to join an international project developing a
bespoke AI/Machine Learning application for Private Equity Firms
.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy, coordinating testing activities across the project lifecycle, and establishing the roadmap for test automation.
The project leverages modern development and testing tools including
Azure DevOps, Claude, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot
.
III. Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the overall
testing strategy
for the project.
Create and maintain comprehensive
Test Strategy and Test Plan
.
Lead, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities throughout the
project lifecycle
.
Define testing scope, approach, priorities, timelines, and quality objectives.
Consolidate test results and prepare clear and comprehensive
test reports
.
Analyze testing outcomes and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
Identify potential quality risks, issues, and gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
Define the
test automation roadmap
, leveraging: Azure DevOps, Claude, GitHub, GitHub Copilot
Work closely with the Cloud/Development team to ensure the automation strategy is properly implemented.
Coordinate with developers, Cloud team, and other stakeholders to ensure testing activities are aligned with project objectives.
Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and quality practices.
IV. Job Qualifications & Requirements:
Must-have:
7+ years of experience
in Software Testing / QA.
Proven experience in a
QA Lead / Test Lead / Testing Leader
role.
Strong experience in:
Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Execution, Test Reporting, Test Management, Test Automation Strategy
Strong leadership and coordination skills across multiple testing activities.
Experience working closely with
Development / Cloud / Engineering teams
.
Good understanding of software development and testing lifecycle.
Experience with
Azure DevOps
.
Good understanding of modern AI-assisted development/testing tools.
Nice-to-have
Experience testing
AI / Machine Learning applications
.
Experience in
AI/ML or data-driven applications
.
Experience in the
Private Equity / Financial Services
domain.
Experience with
Claude
and/or
GitHub Copilot
.
Experience defining or managing
test automation roadmaps
.
Experience working in international / Agile development environments.

V. Salary & Benefits:
Total Budget:
Up to
65,000,000 VND/month all-in
, including
full SHUI (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance)

Full SHUI:
The company will provide
full SHUI contribution in accordance with applicable regulations
. Any applicable SHUI contribution is
included within the 65,000,000 VND all-in budget
and will not be paid on top of this amount.
PIT:
Personal Income Tax (PIT) will be deducted in accordance with Vietnam's applicable progressive tax regulations.

own laptop

VI. Other information:
Working model:
Remote (Outsourcing project, work directly with the client)
Typical working time:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Vietnam Time)
