POSITION SUMMARY
We are recruiting a Textile Engineer who helps drive knitting and dyeing output
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• List and describe the position's key responsibilities in order of the task's importance.

Responsibility
1/ Production improvement projects:
• Frequently check knitting and dyeing output analysis
• Conduct on-site checking to identify root-cause
• Propose solutions to eliminate machine stop time: reduce fabric loading, unloading time, reduce dyeing washing tank time, reduce waiting time in workshop
• Partner with Technical and Production teams to execute and sustain improvement solutions
2/ Continuous Improvement projects
• Organize Kaizen awarding event to encourage good employees
• Meet with stakeholder to support project execution
• Evaluate project benefit
3/ Optimizing Productivity through Incentives
• Utilize the performance bonus system as a strategic tool to enhance factory output.
Yêu cầu
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: textile engineering, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in MS. Office
• 2 Years of Work Experience
• Languages: Vietnamese - English
