1. Check and confirm Operation Breakdown with the system and correct it if any discrepancies while communicating with co-operate technical engineering department.
2. Take responsibility for Bulk feasibility (BF) feedback to align capacity with garment factory according to assignment by Manager
3. Calculate and monitor line efficiency performance base on SAM and Corporation policy
4. SOP management
5. Set up line layout for new orders to make sure a smooth input flow on production floor with minimize movement.
6. Prepare the necessary such as mold/folder for style change
7. Identify bottleneck and conduct time study for further improvement
8. Implement innovative method, kaizen activities in Gemba
9. Improve the handling method and workplace arrangement if necessary
10. Study and standardize method in terms of good quality and good efficiency
11. Prepare skill development plan to ensure required skill level are achieved
12. Manage and support technician team to achieve the target
13. Monitoring and tracking style change performance
Yêu cầu
1. Major: Textile industrial,
2. Experience: at least 1 year.
3. Skill: Good command of English and Microsoft Office
