Mô tả công việc
• Consulting with local and international team members to understand requirements;
• Design of e-learning courses within Authoring Tool's such as Articulate Storyline 360 or others;
• Ability to create interactive e-learning courses from received content/storyboards;
• Edit /enhance e-learning content/layout to ensure best user experience;
• Ability to create/build and edit e-learning templates;
• Executing the process of design, including Discovery, Design, Develop and Deliver to achieve the best outcomes;
• Ability to translate vision, concepts, customer requirements to high quality UI/UX design and into a tangible product or service;
• Working closely with team members and other stakeholders to identify problems and areas for improvement;
• Appropriate, relatable imagery selection for your e-learning course design;
• Collaborating with PMs and BAs to deliver designs within the allocated timeframes;
• Assist team to complete tasks within schedule (timely delivery);
• Identifying and highlighting change to project team members;
• Produce visual designs (layouts, UI/UX, graphics, concepts, prototypes) prominently for eCommerce websites, including: web pages, emails, banners, etc.;
• Working with established methodologies and processes (Agile and SCRUM);
• Creating and designing front and back end applications;
• Supporting existing database systems;
• Preparing and maintaining application documentation as required;
• Modifying and troubleshooting;
• Timely delivery of solutions;
• Provide support to existing clients in Australia and Vietnam;
• Updating tasks, activities and time keeping within internal systems;
• Reporting progress to management;
• Travel when required.
Yêu cầu
• Skills & Experience
o Minimum of 1 + years proven design UI/UX experience;
o Good written and documentation skills;
o Good presentation, time management, communication and comprehension skills;
o Creating highly interactive e-learning courses within Authoring Tools such as Articulate Storyline 360;
o Familiarity and ability to use other e-learning Authoring Tools to build and create e-learning courses; (eg: Spark and others) ensuring best user experience and layout;
o Content driven, good understanding and ability to interpret, assemble and implement content flow and edit content flow to achieve best outcomes;
o Experience in mobile responsive design layout;
o Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools;
o Good knowledge about latest international (western) UI/UX design trends and techniques;
o Object-oriented design and programming;
o Experience Produce visual designs (layouts, UI/UX, graphics, concepts, prototypes) prominently for eCommerce websites, including: web pages, emails, banners, etc.;
o Love to create new things (creativeness), adaptable to change or rework for the best results if needed;
o Ability to meet targeted delivery and delivery quality work with minimal bugs;
o Familiarity or experience with ES6, Figma , Azure DevOps, would be highly regarded;
• Qualifications
o Candidates with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related discipline;
o Microsoft Certification in the key software development technologies;
o Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage.
