* Report to: Sales Director (Japanese over 45 year olds)
* Responsibility:
1/ Controlling Company's Logistic (incl. Import-Export Operation of CKD/BU/Spare Parts and Others)
2/ Assessing H/S Code for Automobile CKD Parts & Spare Parts, BU Cars and others goods (If any)
3/ Contacting to Customs of Binh Duong/HoChiMinh/Haiphong/QuangNinh.
4/Contacting to Vietnam Register (HNI-HCM) NETC/VMTC (HNI) relating to BU Cars
5/ Contacting to Ministries as MoIT/MOF/G.D of Customs/MOH
6/Contacting to Shippers (MC/MMC/MMTh/CMC/Others... if necessary
7/ Preparing Official Letter/Petition Letter to Government Authorities
8/ Contacting to Ports/Airport/Shipping-lines/Insurance Companies, etc. if necessary
9/ Controlling Forwarders, looking for the candidate forwarders if necessary
10/ Review official letters from Ministries that having any effect to company's import-export operation
11/ Report on import-export status, if necessary.
12/ Contacting VAMA member that is relating to import-export Government's current and future policy.
13/ Cost control on logistics operation.
14/ Price Consultation at Customs office (HCM/QuangNinh/Haiphong)
Yêu cầu
< MUST HAVE >
- University graduated with related majors
- At least 5 years in Logistics (Import - Export), 3 years in management
- Experienced at the similar position in manufacturing companies
- Knowledge: Import-Export Procedure, Logistics Controlling
- Fluency in English communication
