Warehouse Keeper Main duties:
1. Onsite monitor to ensure WH activities conforms national laws and company safety regulations, and guarantee employee work safety
2. Follow up planning, to complete shipping, loading & unloading, and material supply capability
3. Complete FG delivering/material receiving & delivering/ RB inspection and comply with FIFO
4. Responsible for inventory accuracy, and monitor, track closely.
5. Responsible for onsite 5S according to the policy
6. Responsible for implementing planning, inventory allocation and WH system, ensure inventory accuracy and complete tracking.
7. Comply with environmental policy, execute chemical product control, sewage/waste treatment and by-product scrap policy, to protect the environment
8. Comply with national food safety regulation, execute HACCP standard, and prevent quality incident from daily work
9. Training and studying
- Train for new employee. Through continuous learning and training, learn and share best practice on solving daily operation problems and enhance performance
- Attend all training courses organized by the Company
10. Crisis Management: support investigation
11. Reporting:
- In case of any problems, it's required to promptly report to Line Manager for immediate action.
- Make reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
Others
- Implement tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.
