- Perform all administrative and clerical duties for the Housekeeping Department in an efficient and timely manner.
- Answer telephone calls and handle all communications in accordance with resort standards.
- Receive, record, and follow up on guest requests and internal work orders, ensuring proper coordination with relevant team members.
- Maintain effective communication with Housekeeping Supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, including room status, discrepancies, and housekeeping productivity reports.
- Manage and organize all departmental records, documents, and filing systems accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, memos, and internal communications.
- Prepare requisitions for housekeeping supplies and coordinate with the store for timely collection.
- Update and maintain the Housekeeping information board and internal communication channels.
- Ensure the Housekeeping office is well-organized, clean, and operates efficiently.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, schedules, and other documentation as required by the Executive Housekeeper.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or management.
