JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ROLE:
As an E-Commerce Specialist & Marketing Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative environment, with the opportunity to shape our brand's success and potentially secure a full-time role!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Growth: Analyze and execute a variety of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth. Implement and optimize marketing strategies, SEO, conversion tactics, and influencer partnerships to maximize performance.
Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation. Help monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Product Lifecycle Coordination: Assist in overseeing product lifecycle management from sourcing to inventory. Work with supply chain partners to identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure a consistent supply of quality products.
Operations Excellence: Support daily e-commerce operations across platforms, including customer service, fulfillment, and product listings.
Executive Support: Provide assistance to executives with strategic planning, master task lists, communication coordination, and schedule management.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to achieving company goals.
Other Duties: Undertake projects and tasks as directed by leadership, demonstrating a commitment to company goals and flexibility to meet emerging needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
Understanding and experience of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing principles is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
Enthusiasm for the ecommerce industry and a keen interest in learning about online retail operations.
Strong analytical skills and good with numbers.
Effective communication and organizational abilities.
A collaborative spirit and willingness to work across different teams.
