JOB SCOPE
Consolidating KPIs from all department @MO. (Mercedes Operation)
Consolidating Purchase Requisitions for Cash Meeting with Germany.
Analyze Pros./Cons on the whole process from Logistic to Car Release to Sales upon any circumstances.
Prepare monthly communication for HoO toward all team member on certain topic, which need to be addressed.
Prepare presentation for HoO on certain topic.
Prepare documentation for MO toward internal/external parties (MBV/Headquarter).
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduates who are currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Automotive Production, Operations Management, Technology or related fields.
Macro-Analysis, Big data analysis skill.
Office skill (Excel, Presentation).
Comprehensive communication skill.
Fluent English (speaking, writing).
Committing to working full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/ week).
