JOB DESCRIPTION
Review billing statements and issue invoices to customers;
Assist the team in the making of financial statements and support audits;
Verify and prepare weekly payment runs to suppliers;
Collect bank documents on a monthly basis;
Manage the data entry in the accounting system/software and inform supervisory staff in case of any discrepancies;
Arrange and manage supporting documentations;
Provide cross-functional support according to the request of seniors;
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism including punctuality, adherence to the reporting structure as well as policies and procedures of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
Based in HCMC, available to work offline at least 3 days per week;
Able to commit at least 6 months;
Background in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related fields;
Prior experience in auditing internship and accounting software is a plus;
Good English and Vietnamese communication skills;
Analytical and detail-oriented;
Able to handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

Internship experience in related role is a plus

Conduct in-depth stakeholder research, including but not limited to customers, competitors, intermediaries, etc. and develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities;
