JOB DESCRIPTION
LOOKING FOR AN INTERN (MARKET RESEARCH POSITION)
Primary responsibilities:
- Researching & reporting: Conducting market research and working on different types of reports
- Observing the real estate market and preparing material for team discussion
- Managing and updating the homepage
- Drafting a house lease and sales contract
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills and qualifications:
- Advanced English skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening); Korean skill is a plus, but not required
- Proactive, attentive to details and result-oriented;
- Willing to learn & interest in any of the following subjects: market research and analyse
- Start working as soon as possible
