To be well-versed with Timezone's games, products, promotions, and guest services and answering inbound enquiries via emails.
Ensure proper guest relations and safeguard the company's interests by resolving and taking appropriate actions on all guest complaints, issues, and suggestions.
Exceed guest expectations that yield results and positive guest feedback.
Respond to guest messages through the company's social media channels, including replying to page inbox messages and comments
Develop strong relationships with guests and counterparts. Additional responsibilities and duties will be assigned based on the needs of the business.
Create one short video clip per week to support marketing and digital content activities.
Other tasks as requested by Digital Manager.
Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (từ 08:00 đến 17:00)
Thu nhập: Phụ cấp 4.000.000 đồng/tháng
Địa điểm làm việc: Alpha Tower, 151 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu St., Phường Xuân Hòa (Quận 3 cũ)

Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Creative, resourceful, and cheerful.
Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese. Able to interact effectively with a diverse audience in 2 regions of Singapore & Vietnam.
Fast learner and able to work with different systems (CRM) to review and address guests' issues.
Able to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
Able to commit to 5 days of work per week and intern period of at least 3 months
