Demonstrates strong ability to build, manage, and grow community.
Monitor and respond promtly to community members; track trends and feedback to recommend product or service improvements.
Support additional product-related tasks as assigned.
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Location: Suite 6.5, Etown 2, 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh ward, HCMC
Yêu cầu
Education: recent graduates in relevant fields (Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, etc)
Skills & Attributes: good communication skills, energetic, responsible, proactive, open to challenges, and passionate about community building.
Content skills: Ability to monitor community trends, analyze user behavior, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and content strategy..
Good command in English
Preferred Experienced: prior experience as a group admin or club leader is a plus.
