JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as an HR Intern. This is a flexible, remote internship offering valuable experience in both recruitment and employer branding. You will play a key role in supporting our HR team with attracting and hiring top talent, while also contributing to enhancing our company's image as a desirable employer.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the full life cycle of recruitment activities, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Prepare interview materials and candidate profiles.
Support with onboarding new hires.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as creating social media content.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related fields (open for freshers who are willing to learn).
Having experience in an HR role is a strong plus.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, highly motivated, and willing to learn.

Compensation:
1st month: Unpaid.
2nd - 3rd months: $200 per month.
4th - 6th months: $400 per month.
*The internship may be extended up to 6 months based on performance.
