Mô tả công việc

Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs.
Support the preparation of C&B-related documents and communications.
Assist in responding to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
Maintain organized digital and physical files.
Other tasks as requested by direct supervisor

Yêu cầu

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
English communication is a must
Strong interest in compensation and benefits.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of HR principles
