JOB DESCRIPTION
Support market and competitor research in the HR industry to identify potential sectors for building new clients and development opportunities.
Draft service contracts, appendices, and other types of documents based on existing templates.
• Monitor, supplement, and update contract terms and store data.
Arrange files and documents.
Support the implementation of CRM system procedures and customer service to continuously improve customer service and plan for rapid and effective changes in improvement areas.
Assist in developing a sales framework, toolkit, applicable to the Sales/BD department nationwide.
Support general departmental tasks as required by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student from University/College with major in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law and relevant.
Able to work full-time in 6 months.
Ability to do multi-tasks.
Attention to details and be careful
Ability to work proactively
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Have planning, time management and organization skills
Have interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Good at English
