Mô tả công việc

Collaboration with Sales and Partnerships
Act as the main contact for product-related inquiries between Product Development and Sales/Partnership teams;
Generate quotes and process documents for insurance partners.
Support in developing new insurance products
Gather new product requirements from relevant departments;
Assist in the development process for new insurance products;
Insurance Product Operation Support and Documentation;
Assist with the management of policy storage, contracts, and calculation of product commissions;
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications (MarCom) department to create and distribute product communication content to users and the sales team;
Support IT and App teams in building products and improving app features.
Research and Reporting
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the insurance industry;
Maintain and update competitive market information to enhance product and trend knowledge;
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Competency (BIC), Sales, and insurance companies to compile and finalize reports.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
Available for full-time work from Monday to Friday (compulsory);
Committed to participating in the internship for 3-6 months (6 months preferred);
Final year students in Insurance, Business Administration or relevant majors, ...
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Strong skills in conducting research and making reports;
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Good communication in English;
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities;
Highly adaptable, with a supportive spirit and proactive approach.
