Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for receipts and payments by issuing, controlling and collecting invoices in accordance with prescribed procedures and policies;
- Record accounting transactions in accounting software (turnover, expenses, capital costs, depreciation, amortization, debt and other activities);
- Performing accounting tasks as well as periodic inspection for the inventory of fixed assets, tools, equipment and consumable supplies;
- Identify and propose action plans for debt collection and / or provision of suspected debts;
- Provide weekly management data and reports to the Chief Accountant and the Board of Directors;
- Control documents with hard copy and online data storage;
- Participate in the preparation of reports and explanations for corporate audits;
- Other duties as required by the Chief Accountant;
