JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Customer Service (60%):
Address tenants' inquiries and requests within the timeframe of local regulations and organizational policies and service standards. • Refer tenants to other partners and services as required.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Work at the Reception Counter according to the schedule assigned by the Team Leader.
Welcome, check-in, provide information, and direct visitors to work and visit the building.
Answer, receive, and process calls, and emails from tenants and visitors.
2. Administration (40%):
Supporting all Tenant Experience activities in setting up and executing logistics for monthly events.
Monitor and update operational inventories of facility floors.
REQUIREMENTS
Good English communication skills.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
Technically savvy and able to learn company-specific programs and software.
