About the department:
CI Operation is responsible for fieldwork and data collection. The purpose is to provide data under required standards & deliver in a timely manner to other departments for applying and finalizing reports.
What you will do:
1. Resources management:
- Assign resources to projects. Ensure all interviewers are fully briefed about the questionnaire, methodology, timelines, etc.
- Support the monitoring of the workflow of interviewers and keep track of interviewers' performance, and productivity. Make sure all interviews proceed to their task as requested by the leader.
- Communicate and support when needed to ensure the projects are finished on time and under the required standards.
2. Project management
- Set up projects and prepare necessary materials for the interviewer.
- Make sure projects proceed in the required timeline and project requirements.
- Perform inspection process of data and take appropriate action if needed.
Yêu cầu
What we ask
- Education: Fresh graduates or 4th-year students who can work full-time;
- Skill: Strong communication, time management skills, detail-oriented, adaptable ability
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the survey, preferably in market research
- Language: English intermediate level
- Computer skills: Proficient in basic computer skills, especially Excel.
- Experience: Experience in supervising staff or leading a team in a school project will be a plus.
