Mô tả công việc
• Deploying, operating and administering the company's security system & supporting customers with security solutions such as: Next Gen Firewall, WAF, IDPS, DDOS Protector, Proxy, SIEM, Endpoint security...
• Write operational documents, deployment documents for partner customers.
• Technical focal point to support customer problems, coordinate with the company's experts to find out root cause.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
• No experience required
• Final year students, fresh graduates majoring in information security, computer science or related fields
• Can work full - time
• Willingness to learn, be engaged, and be proactive in driving your own learning and success
• High-level understanding of basic information technology, cloud, and/or cybersecurity concepts
Ex: Information security, database and network management, cloud computing, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, public cloud platforms, etc.
• Willingness to learn more about the above concepts
• The ability to network with peers and establish and maintain successful working relationships
• Good English
