JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities.
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Participate in organizing company events
Support for documents translation and ad-hocs tasks by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English
Proficient in MS office/GG workspace
Good communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
Design marketing materials in both print and digital platforms following clients' CVI (Corporate Visual Identity).
Adapt the key visual into many kinds of assets: promotional layouts, digital banners, POSM, etc.
Demonstrate illustrative skills through rough sketches and work on print-ready layouts.
REQUIREMENTS
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Basic experience with After Effect or Google Web Designer is a plus.
Familiar with CVI/Brand guidelines, marketing, and communications materials.
Open-minded, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
Basic communication skills in English
