JOB DESCRIPTION
Shoes Developer
- Research and develop
shoe designs according to customer requirements
- Research raw materials
suitable for shoe designs
- Check the stages of
shoe sample production, Monitor the progress of shoe samples and prepare
progress reports
- Report monthly and
quarterly to customers and company management
- Perform other tasks
from management
SOP
Positions available: 2
1.
- Translate SOP, segment details and technology for related departments.
- Monitor and update SOP, segment details and technology.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure effective operation process.
- Research, propose and participate in improving production methods, arranging production lines to ensure efficiency and meet quality standards.
2.
- Prepare documents according to customer procedures.
- Instruct departments to follow the established procedures.
- Check if departments and stages are following customer procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
Shoes Developer
- Minimum of 1-2 years of
experience in footwear product development, manufacturing, or quality assurance
preferred.
- Basic understanding of
shoe construction, materials, and development processes.
- Familiarity with sample
inspection, fitting, and pattern grading is a plus.
- Experience using PLM
systems or similar tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to
detail and willingness to learn technical processes.
- Ability to work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
SOP
- Years of related
professional experience: 1 years relevant experience in footwear
commercialization or production environments working for reputable, fashion,
retail or consumer-facing multinational organizations.
- Educational position
requirements: Degree holder in Textiles, Eq./Apparel/Footwear related fields.
- Able to breakdown
complex engineering situations and information into easily communicable mails
in a verbal or written format.
