Manage the nationwide maintenance team to ensure timely handling of repair requests from the Operations department.• Manage the maintenance budget and develop monthly/quarterly/annual budget plans.

Plan periodic maintenance for items such as glass, flooring, air conditioning systems, wall painting, etc.
Act as the company representative in working with fire protection authorities and emergency/rescue agencies.
Conduct training and coaching on technical skills and service quality for the Maintenance team.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports in a timely manner.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
