Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver refined, personalized service
Monitor inventory and control supplies to ensure efficiency and quality
Maintain a premium dining experience in line with international luxury standards
Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally

Experience managing restaurants in 4-5 stars hotels/resorts
Preferably with international and luxury hospitality background
Experience in large-scale operations
Strong organizational and management skills
Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset
Good English communication skills
Experience in Phu Quoc is an advantage
