About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the review, governance, and quality assurance of strategic technology and transformation deliverables across large-scale enterprise initiatives.
The role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, external partners, and project leadership to ensure solution deliverables are aligned with business objectives, architecture principles, implementation feasibility, and enterprise standards.
This position requires strong architecture expertise, structured analytical thinking, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to challenge and improve solution outcomes in complex transformation environments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliverable Governance
- Lead the review and acceptance process for architecture and solution-related deliverables.
- Ensure deliverables comply with enterprise standards, strategic objectives, and quality expectations.
- Assess completeness, consistency, practicality, and implementation readiness of proposed solutions.
- Coordinate reviews among business units, technology teams, project stakeholders, and external partners.
Solution Quality Assurance
- Evaluate architecture artefacts, solution designs, operating models, business requirements, technology assessments, and implementation recommendations.
- Identify gaps, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and areas requiring refinement.
- Validate alignment between business needs and proposed technology solutions.
- Ensure recommendations are actionable and suitable for enterprise-scale implementation.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to project leadership and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate constructive discussions between business, architecture, delivery, and operational teams.
- Drive consensus on architecture decisions and deliverable acceptance criteria.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Risk and Compliance Review
- Assess potential architecture, operational, integration, security, and technology risks.
- Ensure deliverables align with enterprise governance requirements and internal standards.
- Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the enhancement of architecture governance processes, quality frameworks, and review practices.
- Promote best practices in solution architecture and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise technology, solution architecture, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years in architecture governance, architecture review, or solution assurance roles.
- Experience working with large and complex enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business and technology domains.

- Architecture certifications (TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate, or equivalent).
