Call Center Interpreters at our company provide real-time interpretation services for clients via phone or video. Their primary responsibility is to bridge communication gaps between parties speaking different languages. This role includes:
Over-the-Phone (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI): Providing instant interpretation for a wide variety of industries, such as healthcare, legal, and customer service sectors.
Client-Specific Support: Dedicated interpreters are assigned to specific clients to ensure personalized, consistent service, addressing specific needs and preferences.
Confidentiality & Accuracy: Ensuring clear, culturally sensitive, and HIPAAcompliant communication between clients.
24/7 Availability: Supporting clients globally, interpreters must be available for scheduling across different time zones

Specialized Training: For interpreters in specialized fields like healthcare or legal, relevant industry certifications such as HIPAA (for medical interpretation) are required.

Base salary: 450 - 650 usd, upto 1600usd/month for excellent candidates.
Competitive Pay: Pay per minute for interpretation services with rates depending on language and demand.
