We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. Requirements:

Proficient in core BA skills, including requirements elicitation, information analysis, and creation of technical documentation.
Familiarity with software development methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall.
Experience in prioritizing application issues and defects, and managing the prioritization process.

- Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 6 tháng - 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phân tích dữ liệu hoặc phân tích kinh doanh, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong bộ phận nhân sự hoặc tuyển dụng.
- Kỹ năng phân tích: Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu vững vàng, khả năng làm việc với các công cụ phân tích như Excel, Power BI hoặc các công cụ tương tự.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp: Có khả năng truyền đạt thông tin rõ ràng và dễ hiểu cho các bộ phận liên quan.
- Kỹ năng tổ chức: Khả năng quản lý nhiều nhiệm vụ và dự án cùng lúc với mức độ chi tiết cao.
