• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company, ensuring coordination and efficient operation of all departments.
• Set company strategic goals and annual plans, and supervise their implementation.
• Manage and cultivate an efficient team, improving teamwork and execution.
• Coordinate resources across departments, optimize workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Manage company finances, administration, human resources, etc., ensuring proper allocation of company resources.
• Responsible for the execution management of all company construction projects, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant completion.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure contract terms are met.
• Coordinate communication between the project team and clients, ensuring mutual understanding and meeting of expectations.
• Provide regular project progress reports and offer solutions to potential problems or challenges.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above in construction, civil engineering, management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction and decoration industry, with 5 years of management experience.
• Experience leading multiple successful construction projects, familiar with project management processes and contract fulfillment.
• Familiar with local laws and regulations of Vietnam's construction industry.
• Familiar with Vietnam's construction industry regulations.
• Priority will be given to those who agree with Chinese corporate culture and understand Chinese architectural style and culture.
• Must be proficient in either Chinese or English in addition to Vietnamese.
• Must have experience in the construction industry, decoration industry is preferred.
• Can drive, have a driver's license.
