1. Business management

- Developing and implementing growth strategies.

- Moving and measure performance based on production and sales. Evaluating performance and productivity.

- Improving the revenue.

- Analyze business activities accounting and financial data.

- Manage on- going profitability of the campus ensuring revenue and parents satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.



2. Operation Management

- Oversee day-to-day operations daily management all departments and campuses at Hanoi POLY and respond to issues immediately ensure department/ campus drive according to correct vision goals and action plan of the company.

- Ensure full compliance to operating controls SOP's policies procedure service standards.

- Responsible for preparation presentation subsequent achievement of annual operating budget marketing and sale plan and capital budget.

- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

- Ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies creating and maintaining budgets managing employees.

- Developing improvement actions.

- Ensure the quality of service and satisfaction for customers



3. Personnel management and facilities

- Recruit onboard and train high-performing employees to achieve sales profitability market share and business plan objectives

- Manage train and develop staff.

- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes overseeing employees establishing a highly motivated work environment and creating innovative approaches for improvement.



4. Others

- Regular reports (directly to CEO)

- Set up and implement policies and processes.
