- General Manager is responsible for allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in related fields at 5 stars Hotels/Resorts - Demonstrate professional attitude and behaviour at all times. - Good communication skill.
