Role & Responsibilities:
Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach overseas agents and partners to promote company logistics services (Air, Sea, Customs, Inland trucking).
Attend logistics conferences, networking events, and trade shows to expand business contacts.
Generate new inquiries and secure shipments from international markets.
Keep good relationships with current clients while creating new ones to meet sales targets
Develop the company's marketing strategy, long-term tactic, and short-term targets when the company has specific needs
Sales & Account Management
Prepare and send competitive quotations to overseas agents.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and secure bookings.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with overseas agents to ensure repeat business.
Knowledge of all functions to provide integrated logistics
Work closely with the operations team to ensure all businesses can be handled smoothly
Market Research & Reporting
Monitor freight market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and achieved results.
Create a monthly proposal and collaborate with higher-level management to meet sales targets
Maintain up-to-date market knowledge by analyzing competitors' strategies and offerings to spot potential risks and suggest reasonable solutions and competitive strategies
