Mô tả công việc
The role purpose:
• To design & deliver integrated sales and marketing initiatives effectively at trade level, including Sales and Marketing planning, Trade research, Trade promotion, Trade Communication, Space Management and developing, implementing & monitoring new products launches
• To ensure compliance & controls are actively managed, monitored & course corrected for each activity
Key responsibility:
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing teams to develop yearly cycle plan
• Take lead in preparing budget and required documents as per company process to ensure the trade programs to be rolled out timely.
• Implement, control and consolidate feedback from trade and market to evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign.
• Keep track the performance of each program and update to S&M during SOP weekly meeting and to Line Manager as and when required.
• Manage and work with Finance, Sales admin and SS to ensure all payment related to trade promotions (FOC, POSM) on SAP and E-claim system.
• Collaborate with the data team to conduct physically checks and audits
• Work with internal and external parties (procurement, finance, vendors,..) to ensure the production and delivery of trade items and POSM
• Manage and work with internal team (SS) to ensure the allocation plan of each trade sufficient to serve trade promotions. At the same time ensure the movement/usage of trade items based on company requirement.
• Regularly work and collaborate with sales team, consumer MKT, I&I to better understanding market situations to come up with idea/proposal to generate sale growth.
• Work with Consumer Marketing for any launch plan of new products.
• Have a complete understanding of trade marketing investments and A&P budget.
• Willing to participate in market visits to acquire a thorough understanding of the market and our customer base, which includes retailers and smokers.
• Manage administrative tasks for Trade and Consumer MKT department (GRPO, delivery note, ...)
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager to support business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Actively communicate and work closely with internal (Sales, Consumer MKT, I&I, Finance, Procurement, P&C) and external stakeholder (Suppliers, Agency and Local partner)
• Friendly, sociable, willing to provide assistance and support for projects within the team and across functions as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu
• 1-2 years of working experience (experience in Trade Marketing/Sales admin), preferably in the FMCG industry, with an understanding of trade marketing and sales.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in understanding and analyzing customer behavior and insights.
• Proactive in work, capable of working independently, and proficient at collaborating effectively within teams and across functions.
• Self-sufficient accountable, and capable of working under pressure.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and patient.
• University degree required (preference in Marketing or Business Administration)
• Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willing to travel to provinces for market visits and on-site audits.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in understanding and analyzing customer behavior and insights.
• Proactive in work, capable of working independently, and proficient at collaborating effectively within teams and across functions.
