Mô tả công việc
- Track the performance of the territory (Sales performance volume, trial rate, Brand health - Off-take and actual selling price on trade)
- Identify the relevant brand focus for the territory and drive for brand awareness, trials and repeated purchase together with Brand, Sales and gather competitor activities on trade periodically.
- Train or update to Salesmen on Brand/Product/Competitor knowledge (if any)
- Propose trade programs and support RSM to develop local key channel (Factory, Café, Horeca,...)
- Small scale (follow sampling plan): Doing
+ PG Recruitment / PG Training/ PG Monitoring / PG Payment
+ Inform & align with shop
+ Take care the sample/posm/gift allocation & logistics
- Big Scale (run by agency)
+ Monitor sample/posm/gift Allocation - Delivery Progress - Inventory Manage
+ Monitor the Agency Activities to align with Brand & Trade guideline
- According with Sale Force to search and build relationships with Schools, Factories, Hospitals, Associations, ... to organize events to branding / sponsor products.
Yêu cầu
- Graduating from College or Higher
- Having at least 2 experience years at the same position in FMCG companies (Compulsory) (Sale Supervisor or Marketing), having Trade MKT Experience is a plus
- Good at using Microsoft Office, especially know how to use excel for summary report
- Able to go business travel constantly (prefer Male)
- Able to read & fundamental understand English
- Working Location (Candidates can choose the most suitable working location)
