Trade Marketing Intern

As a Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the Trade Marketing team in executing brand visibility initiatives, promotional campaigns, and retail activation programs. This internship offers hands-on experience in the intersection of marketing and sales, providing exposure to both strategic planning and operational execution in a dynamic FMCG/beauty environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Sales, and E-commerce to help ensure consistent brand representation and impactful in-store and online execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Support in Strategic Planning & Execution
o Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategy.
o Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Retail & Channel Support
o Help coordinate the creation and distribution of POS materials and visual merchandising.
o Assist in organizing in-store activation programs and loyalty campaigns.
o Collaborate with e-commerce teams to support online promotional activities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
o Work with Brand, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of trade initiatives.
o Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative development and production support.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
o Collect and analyze data on campaign performance and consumer behavior.
o Prepare summary reports and presentations for internal review.
o Support weekly tracking of sales performance and promotional effectiveness.
