- Report to : Head of Sales - Tissue Domestic
- Working base: : Office - Phu Nhuan Dist, Ho Chi Minh City
- Contract term : Full time 01 year/ Permanent
PURPOSE:
This position wills responsibility to drive the selling go ahead with business's strategic.
This position will work in partnership with sales and marketing head to jointly invest the available market development fund and co-op to increase channel sell though. This sell-through is accomplished through managing store, key dealers and distributor promotions (contest, rebates,
specials, promotions, etc.), ensuring proper merchandising, ensuring adequate stocking levels and running reseller education, contest, motivation and seeding programs.
The Trade Marketing Manager will lead a small team.
JOB DESCRITION:
Planning:
- Identify and actively search for new sales channel opportunity.
- Corporates with Marketing and Sales to build the pricing strategic for each of channel and category.
- Identifying and developing the plans to respond for the change of the market demand.
- Managing the category with strategic method to ensure for sustainable development to each of distribution channel.
- Planning to maximize brand and product availability with optimal stock level and visibility at trade level with creative POSM display and messages
- Building and managing budget according to the AOP
Implement & supervise:
- Organize and manage the operations of all retail shop, special display, events.
- Be responsible for the sales target resulting for all channel and each of category.
- Develops promotional plans and tactical campaigns for assigned retailers and dealers, works with Sales team to gain retailer / dealers approval, and project manages deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
- Monitor & evaluate promotion effectiveness with constructive advices on brand mixes and promotion tactic for future improvement
- Establish an effective mode of communication / relations building with partners / dealers and channel
- Work with sales to plan for incentives given to channel based on corporate strategy
- Work with sales to allocate and come up with a Market Development Funds budget
- Budget, propose and supervise all Trade event specific to channel, i.e Trade shows ....
- Plan and execute promotional mechanics for the different channels including dealers -
Maximize brand and product availability with optimal stock level and visibility at trade level with creative POSM display and messages.
- Analyst market data, take initiation to drive promotion campaign for addition revenue
- Explore untapped business opportunities by leading penetration drive project
- Share market intelligence insights with sales & marketing teams on regular base
- Ensure that all stores are properly merchandised, trained according to the company policy
Organizational Excellence
- Lead a small team based in Ho Chi Minh with potential to increase resource as the export business grows
- Provide training and coaching to all colleagues in Business International department
Yêu cầu
MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Background: University Degree with Business Administration or Marketing background is preferred
Experience: At least 10 years experiences in Trade Marketing field within 3 years in leader or management roles in FMCG
- Extensive knowledge & experiences in Trade Marketing retails or FMCG
Skills:
- Logical thinking/ Good in planning
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
- Good time management and analytical skills, result-oriented and passionate in FMCG industry
- Strong commercial outlook and an ability to drive revenue growth through marketing.
- Good in English is preferred
