Mô tả công việc

• Trade budget management: Takes responsibility for the total trade investment budget & allocation, monitor spending & accurate reporting.
• Develop Channel growth strategy, Customer JBP incorporated with Brand Strategies & Business objective.
• Lead Trade-Sales activity calendar to implement Trade strategy into effective activities for customer promotion, visibility, shopper activation and sales engagement. Monitors progress and assure excellent execution with SMART KPIs setting & regular tracking.
• Strong engagement with Sales team, Distributor and other stakeholders to enhance business performance, strengthen RB Vietnam competitive position and performance.
• Provides extensive sales analysis to management team with action plan for effective monitor and control on sales performance.
• Lead Activity calendar & sales forecast in S&OP.
• Works with Sales team (on field and via analysis) to monitor trade execution, contribute to develop organization capability to meet business needs via on-going feedback and coaching.
• Sets high standard for self, initiate performance discussions with manager, acts on feedback, reflects on experience for improvement.

Yêu cầu

- Minimum 6 years experiences in trade marketing
- Minimum 1 year management experiences
- Minimum 3 years experiences working in international business environment
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization, to coordinate and work through a network of agencies/consultants
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadline
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working both within teams and independently
- Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable and complex environment. Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
