I. Job Purpose:
Support Brand Experience Supervisor to implement Trade Marketing plans to drive customers count and sales through various marketing tools including offline communication, promotional campaigns, activations, e-voucher, events and partnership campaigns and make Circle K to be the most preferred CVS destination in consumers' mind
II. Job Accountabilities:
Proactively collaborate with related teams to create in-store POSM (excluding LCD, audio advertisements, and WIFI marketing). These materials will be focused on monthly and ad-hoc promotions, thematic campaigns, and any other assigned communication requirement
Support BX Supervisor to oversee in-store POSM
Support to manage the sales of CK E-vouchers
Support to implement and reporting on thematic, seasonal, monthly, partnership, spontaneous promotions and other ad-hoc promotions
Constantly do store visits and provide monthly report of marketing activities of competitors for initiatives
Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager
Regularly enhance offline communication both inside and outside the stores to improve effectiveness and generate advertising income with proper POSM POG
Manage & ensure the high-quality finishing of POSM with on time delivery to stores by campaign
Manage suppliers (printing, production, activation....) to provide the best quality of service and cost

Bachelor's in marketing/ advertising/ business or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing
Good in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Sales driven and good problem- solving skill
Possess a high level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment
Good interpersonal skill, attention to details, discipline, sense of urgency, flexible, resourceful with can do and positive working attitude
Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and Excel
