Trade Marketing Specialist

Job Description
Plan and execute Trade Marketing activities at vaccination and testing centers to drive customer traffic and conversion.
Manage POSM, promotional materials, and brand visibility across the center network.
Coordinate store openings, reopening events, community events, and local OOH advertising activities.
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and relevant departments to ensure consistent campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and propose improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure brand image, display standards, and communication materials are properly implemented.
2.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, FMCG, or Healthcare.
Experience in campaign planning, POSM management, and working with agencies/vendors.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel to centers for on-site inspections.
3.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Vaccination, or Testing industries.
Experience working with retail chains or service center networks.
Strong customer-oriented mindset and understanding of customer experience.
