JOB DESCRIPTION
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
• Organize & Working in partnership with the buyers team, design, omni,.. and guide direction to meet objectives for all promotions & communications
• Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns (Trade mkt/Omni channels) , ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Developing marketing strategies and communication plans monthly/quarterly/yearly
• Market survey and catch up market trend
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 3 years + experience in marketing field & related
• Good at written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
