Helix Mesh Tuyển Dụng Marketing Manager Full-time 2024

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for HelixMesh to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role calls for a combination of strategic thinking and creativity, aiming to establish our brand as an influential voice in the blockchain community. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO.

Location: District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Helix Mesh, a branch of Swan)

Salary: From 30 Million - Under 40 Million VND / Month.

Work Location: In person (all business days).

Working time: Full-time (9:00am - 6:00pm), Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan that includes digital marketing, advertising, community management, public relations, and brand strategy.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, establishing clear goals and managing project timelines to ensure a consistent release of high-quality content.
• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
• Manage client deals and requests while ensuring timely service delivery and quality.
• Analyze and understand clients' business needs, providing strategic advisory services to meet their objectives.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) and key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Manage and oversee events, webinars, and industry events, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Facilitate partnerships and sponsorships that align with our brand and broaden our reach.
