JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ Marketing Admin
Proceed with monthly payment for marketing:
Prepare required payment documents
Get approval from board of management and finance team
Send full documents to accounting team
Proceed with new contract/renew contract with suppliers/agencies
Search/Receive new suppliers/agencies for marketing service
Compare service quotations and propose the optimum choice
Ask legal and finance team to review/comment contract
Prepare required documents and proceed with signing contracts
Admin
Meeting arrangement/ Travel arrangement/ Filing etc...
2/ Trade marketing support
Check info on catalog
3/ Support line manager
Accomplish assigned tasks by line manager: meeting recap, marketing brief, weekly report, Competitor research, ....
Connect and deliver messages across teams
Support some tasks related to Digital Online: basic image editing/ video recording for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram; adding English and Vietnamese subtitles for promotional videos and company posts.
Workplace: Head Office (163 Phan Dang Luu, Ward 1, Phu Nhuan Dist, HCMC)
REQUIREMENTS
No experience required
3rd and 4th year students from related major universities/colleges
Hardworking, enthusiastic, diligent, eager to learn
Involved in Marketing and looking to begin a future career in this field
Good conversational English
Full-time internships are given priority, but 1-2 sessions per week can be missed depending on the study schedule.
