• Coordinate and assist
Sales Manager in preparing quotations/proposals as per customers
• Follow up the enquiries, quotations from customer to ensure no missing requests
• Foster the business with our existing customers and develop new business opportunities
• Understand and follow up customer's need and provide good customer services
• Handle export shipping documentations such as Billing of Lading, Tax Invoices and Packing List.
• Review trade contracts and maintain updated information in the trading system.
• To handle compaints from clients and find solutions to resolve the complaints
• Provide support to Export Sales Team and other administrative duties when assigned.
• To liaise with forwarders and shipping agents on delivery and shipment schedule.
• Deliver accurate trade information for monthly closing to Accounts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
