Mô tả công việc
* Responsibilities will be including the followings but not limited to:
• Co-ordinate with buyers to get shipping instruction.
• Update customer's shipment position and other clients.
• Co-ordinate with quality department to send quality sample on time.
• Co-ordinate with all service providers likewise Café Control, VFC, Forwarders, documentation, shipping lines and general service providers for traffic related purposes.
• Prepare shipment documents (B/L, C/O, ICO, Phytosanitary, Fumigation).
• Contact with shipping lines and get booking reservation.
• Issue Internal Stuffing Instructions.
• Co-ordinate with Trade / Quality / Warehouse related to coffee loading out.
• Collect and cross-check all traffic related invoices from Forwarders / suppliers and assure the invoices are in order before paying.
* Others:
+ Other tasks are shared by Traffic Manager
Yêu cầu
* Education: University or college graduated. Major in Foreign Trade.
- Foreign Language preferred: English (Level: Advanced)
* Other skills and knowledge:
• Honest, organized, logical, detail oriented, independent
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook Express
• At least 3 years experiences in the same position.
• Working experience in the coffee industry.
• Good communicate and team work.
