Mô tả công việc
Assisting Senior Associates in contacting, liaising, discussing with clients to collect information, records, documents related to the matters; updating clients on the course of resolving the matters;
Conduct research on licensing requirements and regulations applicable to specific industries or professions;
Assist clients in completing necessary forms and documentation for family law proceedings
Contacting, liaising with competent State authorities; other relevant agencies, organizations and individuals to deliver the most effective results to clients;
Contemplating dossiers on and suggesting solutions to matters in marriage - family fields and others as per Senior Associates' assignment;
Yêu cầu
More than 1 year of work experience in law firms and/or legal departments in multinational companies;
Bachelor of Laws or higher (priority given to those having a Legal Practicing Certificate/Lawyer Card);
Strong English capabilities, especially legal English skills, equivalent to 6.5 IELTS;
A willingness to participate in business development activities, such as pitch documents, firm-wide pursuits, article writing, attending industry events and hosting seminars;
A willingness to build an understanding of clients and develop effective working relationships;
An ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks;
A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks;
A desire and ability to grow, both as a corporate lawyer and as a leader.
