Prepare lesson plans, skill matrix to train skill-workers
Control and improve about 5S/Safety in each area with supervisors and seniors.
Manage document and Work Instruction
Working with HR-Training to join skill test. Analyze and evaluation level of skill-workers
Working with HSE about safety tasks and other safety training courses.
