Training Design and Development Manager (Assurance), Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
This is a key company in the world pioneers of life insurance with strong attachment with Vietnam market. Head office in the central of HCMC, they are now looking for Training Design and Development Manager. You will be responsible for the entire Design & Content Development processes.
About the Training Design and Development Manager role:
You will be in charge of ensuring the quality of Partnership Distribution (PD) training programs and its trainer, seconded trainers and be responsive actively to sales training requirement.
Job Duties:
- Actively participate into identifying, developing training strategies/ initiatives for PD sales force.
- Organize training need surveys and analysis for PD training requirement to make sure the training programs provided with adequate knowledge and skillset.
- Design and develop training programs to ensure high quality training courses in order to efficiently response to various training requirement/needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the D&D team to ensure the delivery of programs will be aligned with the department strategies in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with PD Delivery Training Managers to ensure the complied delivery of certification & development plan on required frequency basis for trainer team including new trainers, existing trainers and seconded trainers.
- Provide Train the Trainers (TTT), rehearsals and be responsible to certify PD trainers to be qualified to conduct PD training programs.
- Review relevant policies and/or processes related to D&D training and propose changes for improvement if any.
- Conduct training programs to PD sales force and bank staff in aiming to gain more field experience for program development
- Any other task/projects assigned by PD Training Head or PD Head.
Yêu cầu
- University degree, preferably in Education, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Insurance.
- At least 6-7 years-experience in sales management, human resources or training management. Experience in bancassurance is preferable. At least 5 years working as a sales trainer/ training program developer
- Good knowledge on Sales, Marketing, Insurance, Training Methodology

Good organization and planning skills
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Familiar with Excel, Word, and Power Point
Good managing people skill and teamwork
