Mô tả công việc
. To manage the Training and Development of the organization both internally and externally, including identification of training needs and development and delivery of training courses and workshops, with a focus on ethic/ accuracy/ efficiency and responsible business practices.
. To work with Admin/HR Manager/ Assistant Manager to address any loophole, potential for improvement/initiatives, co- coordinately to develop the organization's training function and to ensure that training provided supports the aims and objectives of the organization.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Planning
Identify TNA based on TNA surveys, suggestions from departments and annual performance appraisals.
Work out the annual training plan and programs based on training needs identified
Develop, co-ordinate and maintain a suite of in-house training courses, workshops etc. to be delivered throughout the year, including induction and management skills courses.
Responsible for developing and implementing the induction session for new staff
Carry out courses evaluation and analysis and act on feedback where necessary to ensure high quality service and continuous improvement.
Responsible for all training & development activity planning & execution on a timely basis
Training Delivery
Deliver in-house training courses, sessions and workshops and support delivery throughout Vietnam when necessary.
Be a qualified trainer to conduct the internal training courses for both worker and staff levels
Keep up to date with development in training styles, techniques and resources to ensure appropriate and effective training delivery.
Monitor and maintain the training budget, keeping an accurate record of expenditure and ensuring that HR Manager is made aware of any variances or exceeding budget.
Be responsible for maintaining the ongoing process of performance review.
Develop and prepare the course content and support material as required.
Work with Esquel Group T&D, ensure the HR database is updated, and accurate training records, profiles and filling system are well maintained on a timely basis (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Be responsible for maintaining the ongoing training process in Training Center (for sewing probationers) and continuous improvement.
Other related administration tasks supporting for training activities.
Assist in all activities (including campus recruitment) carried out in the organization and organize annual team buildings for staff and management level as required.
Work with the Recruitment team on any assigned recruiting projects.
Support HRM to develop an internal qualified trainer force for the company
Other works to be assigned by HRM from time to time.
Yêu cầu
University degree- Preferably Major in Human Resources Management, Education, Training and Development
Minimum of 5 years work experience in Training and Development in either a labor related field, and/ or a labor intensive manufacturing industry (2,000 - 5,000 employees) with the post of executive and above; working in garment industry is a plus.
