Mô tả công việc
1. Training Strategy & Development
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy that supports the professional growth of the sales team and back-office employees.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
2. Sales Training
• Design and implement sales training programs to improve skills in customer engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Conduct onboarding training for new sales employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to sales leaders to enhance leadership capabilities.
3. Internal Training for Back Office
• Develop and oversee training programs for administrative and operational teams to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Implement leadership development programs for potential future leaders within the organization.
• Foster a learning culture by organizing workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and cross-functional training.
4. Training Delivery & Management
• Utilize a mix of training methods, including in-person workshops, e-learning, role-playing, and on-the-job coaching.
• Manage a team of trainers or external vendors to deliver high-quality training content.
• Monitor training budgets, resources, and ROI to ensure cost-effective training solutions.
5. Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• Assess training outcomes using KPIs, feedback surveys, and business performance data.
• Continuously improve training programs based on effectiveness reviews and industry trends.
• Stay updated with best practices and innovations in training methodologies and tools.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on sales training.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Training Director or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong experience in designing, delivering, and measuring the impact of training programs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt training programs to evolving business needs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
Skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from conception to execution.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess training impact and optimize learning programs.
• Ability to develop and implement capability-building strategies that enhance employee performance and business outcomes.
